Group discussions followed by written test and the interview with panel member During campus recruitment Interview process was pretty smooth without any pressure or hassle GD was conducted 1 day before and then followed by written test on next day. After the shortlisting from written test interviews were conducted for the selected candidates The overall hiring process was normal

1. GD with a generic topic (case: are based anti discriminatory laws strong in India?) 2. P.I with panelists (questions wavering from internship to expectations from job; focused on learnings from internship; friendly panelists ) It was roughly a 1 hour straight forward process
