I interviewed for MTS, AI research position, and the process was very smooth and quick. The recruiter quickly scheduled interviews, and the interviewers were friendly. Questions covered past projects, and experience, and included a technical round assessing data structures and coding skills, including machine learning coding.

The interview process was straightforward: recruiter screening, coding (DSA), then the onsite loop. The coding rounds focused on standard LeetCode-style problems with no major surprises. The loop interview included both coding and system design, following a typical software engineering interview format that was clear, structured, and easy to navigate.

Medium Interview 2 DSA questions was asked I was unable to solve so didn't got selected, the recruiters were chill and helpfull they supported me, but they were precisely loking for optimal approach.
