I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Salesforce (Londres, Inglaterra) in Aug 2019
Interview
Very well structured, 4 stages in total. Technical assessment (not a coding test, more to understand your level of technical knowledge), ‘personality’ style assessment with a peer (to establish how you are likely to cope with customers), general ‘chat’ with a senior manager and then, assuming you pass all those, a role play style panel session with a theoretical client presentation.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Salesforce (Tel Aviv) in Sep 2024
Interview
Recruiter Phone Interview & Process Review (30-45 mins) - Cultural fit, career alignment, and baseline communication skills.
Technical & Architectural Deep-Dives (2 Interviews, 60 mins each):
Focuses on large-scale data volume strategies (LDV), identity management (SSO, OAuth), integration patterns (pub/sub, ETL, real-time), and multi-org vs. single-org strategy.
The Panel Interview & Case Study Presentation (90 mins)
This is the crucible of the hiring process. You are usually given a complex, fictional multi-cloud enterprise use case 48 to 72 hours in advance to prepare a presentation.
