I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jun 2015
Interview
I was referred into the direct market arm of salesforce.com by an ex colleague who knew I would be a good fit for the role.
I had a telephone interview that went very well and the resourcing manager really liked me and my skills and voiced this in the interview. My skills were an excellent match for what they were after but agreed I did not have much knowledge on the actual product.
I was then invited for a face to face interview in London. This interview was held with 2 resourcing managers who both were very excited about me and my skills and both verbally offered the job to me there and then in the interview , along with discussing probable start date and stressed that I confirmed it was the right role for me and for the remaining conversation to agree a package with HR.
I confirmed back via email I definitely wanted the role and the resourcing manager we very pleased.
I had a conversation with HR who proceeded to discuss the package with me but confirmed they just needed confirmation in writing the role had been offered 2 me before they could send the package details out.
It then went quiet for several days and I had chased to get the confirmation .
Then HR finally got back to me with bad news that they could no longer offer the role to me as they felt I didn't have the relevant background on the product. This they knew all along so why invite we through several interviews and verbally offer the role to me
During this period I had turned down other interviews and this has now meant I have missed out on other potential opportunities !
Really not impressed for a company that sells themselves as such a great place to work !
I applied online. I interviewed at Salesforce (Denver, CO) in Nov 2025
Interview
The interviews were 5 individual people plus the insiders program. Each interview only 30 minutes long so very abbreviated. Too abbreviated I think. Mostly seem to be looking for fit.

I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Indianapolis, IN) in Dec 2024
Interview
The interview process is long and very thorough. I went through 6 interviews 4 of which where panel interviews. I did not have to present a fictional Salesforce based scenario, but I understand this is common in the last panel process today.
5 rounds
All the rounds were taken on one day.
Post that hr said would come back. Feedback from one round basis which I was rejected that resume is not matching jd.
