Interview
I met with the hiring manager and then had a day of on site interviews. The on site started at 11 and went to 4.30. I met with another PM and then the engineering team. After the on site, I had two brief follow up calls with the hiring manager and his VP.

The interviews were 5 individual people plus the insiders program. Each interview only 30 minutes long so very abbreviated. Too abbreviated I think. Mostly seem to be looking for fit.

The interview process is long and very thorough. I went through 6 interviews 4 of which where panel interviews. I did not have to present a fictional Salesforce based scenario, but I understand this is common in the last panel process today.

Post that hr said would come back. Feedback from one round basis which I was rejected that resume is not matching jd.
