Straightforward interview process for an intern. The hiring contact at SAGE was very communicative and I heard back very quickly whenever I had a question. I wouldn't call it an easy interview, but it wasn't difficult either.
After many rounds of interviews over many weeks, I received no response. The interview process was pretty lengthy but they were communicative and nice throughout, but the total silence after spending so much time interviewing was rude.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sage (Londres, Inglaterra) in Aug 2021
Interview
Two interviews. Both had a mix of behavioural/competency questions. I had to complete a task-ordering test before the first interview, but it wasn't mentioned in the interview itself. During the second interview, post-questions, I was given a 10-minute written task to then read out and discuss.
+ Interviewers were friendly.
- Lots of rearranging interviews, introducing new roles during interviews, and waiting for information.
