Interview
I was asked for an interview about two weeks after submitting an application form online. About a week later I was asked back for a second interview. During the interviews 2-3 people took turns asking questions. The second interview involved completing a short task as well. All interviewers were friendly and encouraging, making it a positive experience despite some difficult questions and standard interview awkwardness.
Started with a recruiter call which went positively, got invited to a first round interview where they got me to do a task and then asked three competency-based questions. Wasn't invited for a second round, feel like the feedback given was unfair and not helpful for future applications.
An online interview and in person interview, online interview lasted 30 minutes and in person interview was 30 minutes working through a task i completed before the day and 30 minutes behavioural questions
They offered no follow up and were disorganised - they never responded to my emails and didn't keep me updated. The interview itself was straightforward but I was disappointed in the lack of communication
