I was recruited by Kelly Services-2 phone interviews followed by an in person interview within a couple of days. I was offered the position, but after Kelly Services on-boarding process they rescinded the offer as I had a Misdemeanor that was 4 yrs and 9 months old. Kelly Services policy indicates the Misdemeanor has to be at least 5 yrs old to be employed. Very unfortunate as it seemed to be a great fit for both Sage and I. I wonder if I was hired directly if Sage would have actually cared about the Misdemeanor
