The most fun I’ve had in an interview EVER. The main interviewer was the sweetest, I felt like I was having a conversation with an old friend which it made it feel so comfortable and not at all nerve wracking.
The first woman I spoke to went over the job description and asked a few questions. Then she passed me along to someone else and she asked more interview-like questions.

Very easy, lots of star questions so be ready. Go in there with a positive attitude and you have the job. Don’t overthink it and just be yourself. I prepared a lot of what if questions and they definitely came in handy. Also do your research on the company

I first had to complete an initial assessment to evaluate my skills. Shortly after finishing the assessment, I was invited to complete an 5 question video interview. Lastly, I had an interview with a recruiter, where we discussed my customer service and remote experience.

Online, very brief, more of a conversation than a formal interview, it was very easy. Only one interview with a manager and then you wait to hear back from them with an offer/rejection.
