Interview
I had a phone interview scheduled on 7/20/23 at 9am EST. I received several text and email confirmations the day prior and the morning of the interview. I also was asked to test my internet speed and send the results by email prior to the interview which I did the evening prior. I never received a call, nor any communication stating the interview was cancelled. I emailed and called leaving a voicemail about not receiving a call and did not hear back from the company.

I first had to complete an initial assessment to evaluate my skills. Shortly after finishing the assessment, I was invited to complete an 5 question video interview. Lastly, I had an interview with a recruiter, where we discussed my customer service and remote experience.

Online, very brief, more of a conversation than a formal interview, it was very easy. Only one interview with a manager and then you wait to hear back from them with an offer/rejection.
