I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Safelite AutoGlass (Columbus, OH)
Interview
The interview process was extremely impersonal and the woman giving it to me was quite rude. They take you into a side room, and ask you questions from a laptop. The lady giving my interview didn't look at me, and was apparently too busy eating/drinking her lunch to put much effort into the interview. That should have been my first clue to get out of there.

Question 1
They wanted an exact idea of how many calls per hour I had taken during my previous job.
Very easy, lots of star questions so be ready. Go in there with a positive attitude and you have the job. Don’t overthink it and just be yourself. I prepared a lot of what if questions and they definitely came in handy. Also do your research on the company

Interview
I first had to complete an initial assessment to evaluate my skills. Shortly after finishing the assessment, I was invited to complete an 5 question video interview. Lastly, I had an interview with a recruiter, where we discussed my customer service and remote experience.

Interview
Online, very brief, more of a conversation than a formal interview, it was very easy. Only one interview with a manager and then you wait to hear back from them with an offer/rejection.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We value your opinion as an associate and want to continue to provide various channels to share how we're doing on our journey to be a great place to work for and interview with.
