SLB Mechanical Engineer interview questions

Behavioral questions: what's the biggest challenge you ever have? How do you resolve the conflict with other people? How to cooperate with people from different backgrounds. On-site: I was given a mechanical drawing showing a drilling tool. I was asked to identify what part is which and what is going wrong with the design. The interviewer also pointed out there is something going wrong with the sealing and asked to provide some recommendations of how to fix it.
