Very disappointing recruitment process. Got invited for a phone screen Karat interview after the career fair. The interview went pretty smoothly but I never heard back from the recruitment team.

Some short answer questions about data structure and algorithm, and then 2-3 coding questions which are medium level leetcode style questions

There was a phone screen with the hiring manager that was mostly behavioral. The next round was an on site with 4 people (all engineers) and a group interview to end the day.
