Asked for leaderships experiences and experience with Microsoft Excel. They could not tell me much about what I'd be doing in the job, which led me to believe they didn't really know where they would be placing us. After the interview, I was told I'd here something back in 2-3 weeks and never heard anything again.

Very straightforward interview. More of a conversation than a Q&A. Through career fair. Good experience overall, lots of opportunities to ask questions to the interviewer and also to have some detailed conversations about the role.
