SLB Internship interview questions

The SLB ESM Project Intern interview was an average experience, not too difficult but structured. The questions focused on technical skills, problem-solving, and teamwork. While some required thoughtful responses, most were manageable with basic preparation.

The interviewers began with general questions such as "Tell me about yourself," "What are your hobbies?" and "Can you share about your family background?” In addition to the standard questions, they also utilized the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) technique to assess my suitability for the role. They asked situational questions related to the position I applied for, requiring me to describe real-life experiences that demonstrated my skills and problem-solving abilities.
