I applied through campus recruiting. Applied through a link provided by the campus. There are several steps of recruiting: 1. Online test: it expands from just business maths to general physics. 2. 3-minute interview (onsite): we will meet with a user, explain your background and they will have a set of questions that have been prepared for you. Try to keep your answers logical and straightforward. This is a cut-off for the FGD session. 3. FGD: 20 minutes FGD followed by a presentation in front of assessors. The topic was nontechnical and suitable for all majors. The key point here is public speaking (in English) and trying to think about every risk and reasoning associated with the solution. This is a cut-off for the HR interview. 4. HR Interview: 20 minutes, they did not ask me about working in fields, and the HR looked disengaged with my background. 5. User Interview
