I applied through college or university. I interviewed at SLB (Houston, TX) in Feb 2017
Interview
it was a two-day interview. The first was a campus tour, divided candidates into groups and some basic introduction. On the second day, there was a 7-min presentation first and it was followed by 4 interviews. I would say the form of the interviews were pretty casual, just grabbed a place in the hotel hall, it was more like chatting. The four interviewers are from different displines. Mine were from mechnical, computer science, geotechnical, and data science.

Following an interview in my school, I had an interview by phone with the head HR of Schlumberger for a data science internship position in their research team in Menlo Park.
