Interview
Initial HR interview. Recruiter was slow in answering and responding to emails, would take days and was very unprofessional. The recruiter rescheduled the interview 30 minutes before it was supposed to happen. This was an informal interview going over sdg group, my qualifications, why I want to work here, along with an overview of what the rest of the interview process would be like. Rejected after this round, do not see why the recruiter wasted my time with an initial screening when she rejected me the day after, and took her over a week to set up. Too much hassle for such a low salary for this position (60-70k).
Il processo consiste in 3 fasi: la prima fase in cui fai un colloquio conoscitivo dove spieghi un po' il tuo percorso e il motivo per cui hai scelto l'azienda. La seconda fase invece è un colloquio tecnico in cui ti fanno qualche domanda specifica riguardo al tuo background. La terza fase invece è quella finale in cui parli col manager.

I had an HR interview for a Data Analyst position for the Verona office. The meeting was conducted in Italian not in English, so it could be difficult to move with next steps if you’re not fluent in Italian.
