I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SC Johnson (Racine, WI) in Jan 2019
Interview
Initial phone screen involved technical questions and a discussion of how my background fit the job description. Onsite interview involved two 2-on-1 interviews that lasted an hour each. Each session involved one manager and one senior technical person and all questions were entirely behavioral. Due to being offsite during my visit I had followup phone interviews with a recruiter, who asked personal questions (e.g. strengths, weaknesses, and goals) and a technical director who asked specific questions about my resume. Everyone I met with was very polite and genuinely seemed enthused to be working there. The process moved quickly from one phase to the next.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at SC Johnson (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2018
Interview
The interviews were pretty standard. Mainly behavioral-based - "tell me about a time when..." These questions were mainly focused around analytics and leadership and one or two soft cases.
