SC Johnson interview questions

Went through two rounds, a phone interview and a video interview. I had a negative experience with one of my interviews. At the beginning of the call the interviewer said, "If I cut you off while you're speaking, don't think I'm being rude. It's just how I am and how I like to handle interviews." I really had no option but to say, "okay." He then proceeded to continuously stop me mid sentence very frequently and it's something I've never experienced during any interview I've had in the past six years which says a lot for me. It was extremely rude and pretentious of him to think he can cut off anyone he speaks to because he thinks whatever they have left to say is unimportant. I'm also mindblown that a company with such a strong "family" culture has an employee with this mindset and speaks to candidates like this. After the call, I was extremely certain that I did not want this role. Good luck to whoever gets that position.

Primeiro contato pela empresa foi muito gentil desde o princípio. Depois tive uma entrevista com o Gerente e depois com o Coordenador. Tudo foi muito claro onde inclusive na última etapa o gestor deixou claro achar que a vaga não tinha o fit ideal pra mim pelo meu perfil e hoje percebo que ele realmente tinha razão.
