The whole process is done in 3 interviews. First interview done online second F2F. After the second interview they ghosted me. I sent multiple emails asking about my status but they just ignored them and I haven't heard from them till today.

Interview
I was approached by a recruiter on LinkedIn to apply for a role and was asked to complete a case study before the first interview. The process involved three interviews (Hiring Manager, Director, HRBP), all of which went well. Afterward, I was requested to provide references and payslips, and my referees were even contacted.
Despite being told I was a top candidate, the company repeatedly delayed feedback over a two-month period, asking me to “wait another week” each time I followed up. Communication was inconsistent and lacking transparency, which created false expectations and wasted significant time.
While I respect that hiring decisions can be complex, this experience left me questioning the company’s professionalism and candidate care. It’s a reminder for job seekers to carefully evaluate how a company treats applicants as a reflection of its internal culture.
