SC Johnson Associate Manager interview questions

I had one HR screening, two phone interviews, and in-person interview with a panel of four interviewers. Each interviewer focused on a different area with their interviews. Standard interviews with mostly behavioral questions answered in the STAR format. Overall the process took about three months because of the holidays and scheduling. Heard back within three days that I had not received the position. Was given no feedback after the interview as it is "company policy"

I was approached by the recruiter through linkedin. I did a phone interview first. Then I did two more 3 more 1:1 interviews. the only problem was that the salary in the offer letter was lower than the salary mentioned in the phone interview.
