I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SAS (Estocolmo, ) in Jun 2018
Interview
It started with a friendly mail, then a first phone interview with their internal recruiter. No head-hunter was involved in the process, a good experience.
Then a first face2face interview, followed by a meeting with the country manager and finally a panel meeting with a sales presentation.
And of course a couple of references, one of them from a previous customer.
The interviews were all very friendly and positive - but with smart, sharp and focused questions. An interesting and very good balance.

Question 1
How I approach customers and using a sales process. We discussed the challenge of balancing a consultative approach with a challenger approach and to ensure how to focus on the sales.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at SAS (New York, NY) in May 2013
Interview
Phone interview with recruiter, phone interview with hiring manager, three face to face interviews with sales managers and sales director (on the same day). Sometimes, a presentation is required to the division VP, but that was not required for my iinterview process.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SAS (Cary, NC) in Apr 2015
Interview
For a position in sales, you are brought in and told to present on a business venture (think Shark Tank) and have to convince the audience to invest. You are then asked to give a brief presentation on one of your accounts you'll be assigned and have to line up what SAS solutions you'd sell them vs. the client's business goals & objectives. You have the WWW available to you to research and prepare. I had about 48 hours to put presentations together prior to the interview.
