Ryanair Scrum Master interview questions

After updating and sending my CV, the interview with HR took place. At the end, they were satisfied andasked for an assignment to be completed within the next two days. Once I was done with the assignment, which takes between 2-4hrs, a meeting was supposed to take place. The meeting never took place instead I received an email with a bland excuse "I was not senior enough". Bear in mind the whole team had consulted my linkedin, CV and looked into my project history, so the years in the industry was not unknown and the role was not senior. I strongly believe Ryan Air labs sets these sort of interviews to steal people's ideas
