All HRs are very friendly. The interview process was not stressful. The most important thing is to show enthusiasm and seriousness of intentions. Take all the necessary documents and dress neatly. And just be yourself

Ho partecipato ad un recruitment day insieme a tanti altri partecipanti, L'evento ha occupato tutta la giornata ed è consistito in conferenze di presentazione azienda e ruolo poi colloqui individuali. L'evento è completamente in Inglese.

Os candidatos são chamados para um Recruitment Day onde é apresentada a empresa, algumas condições e alguns requisitos. De seguida os candidatos são divididos em grupos para serem testados em dinâmica grupal, caso ultrapassem esta fase, é feita uma entrevista individual. O feedback é depois transmitido via email.
