Interview was quick, although split in 2 parts, written and oral. Not so difficult, but not the easier you could get. General impression of a good commitment by the recruiter although the selection could be more strict. The majority of the people coming from south of Europe held a bachelor and mostly all the English speakers barely a high school degree. That produces discrepancies in between expectations and reality. The first selection is made by a written test that is not very difficult. The oral part is more focused on the aviation industry and specific questions about theirs and your intentions. Overall, despite the amount of complaints they receive, treatment is fare with time passing by, although there are still with some dodgy contractual aspects.

Os candidatos são chamados para um Recruitment Day onde é apresentada a empresa, algumas condições e alguns requisitos. De seguida os candidatos são divididos em grupos para serem testados em dinâmica grupal, caso ultrapassem esta fase, é feita uma entrevista individual. O feedback é depois transmitido via email.
