Interview
Multiple different phone interviews and a googlehangouts live web cam interview. Very down to Earth, fun and personable interviews - definitely suggest applying. Wasn't hard at all and everyone was bright and friendly.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Rover.com (Seattle, WA) in Mar 2017
Interview
My interview process lasted about 3 weeks. After I had sent in my application I received an email to set up a phone interview. My phone interview lasted 30 minutes, and we went over general questions such as why you want to work for Rover. After the interview, I was offered a second phone interview with a different Rover employee for later in the week. I was then moved on to a third interview via Google Hangouts where I had 3 different interviews with 3 different Rover employees who worked in same department. We spent 30 minutes together trading off questions, and then the next employee came in. The Google Hangouts interview lasted an hour and thirty minutes. I really enjoyed this part, being able to talk with a variety of people was very enjoyable and different from anything I was used to. I received another email later on in the week offering me an interview with the head of department. We spoke for 30 minutes, and about an hour later I received a call offering the job.

Interview
My interview process felt organized and designed to ensure that I would be a good with the companies culture. I had an initial phone screen, 45min phone interview, and then I was brought in to talk with 2-3 members of the team. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process and received quick updates about my interview process.
