Initial behavior interview over the phone. Lasted maybe 15 minutes. Was a pleasant conversation.
Second interview was a video call with multiple people on the team. Some technical questions, mostly about my resume and experience with some scenario based questions. Wasn't too bad. People were very friendly.

Medium to High level difficulty React js and Javscript questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Rocket Software (Waltham, MA) in Oct 2024
Interview
I was invited to FOUR separate interviews. First I met with the recruiter, then the following three interviews were with the VP of IT Infrastructure and the Senior Enterprise Architect. I felt these interviews went pretty well - each of them went over time by about 15 minutes because we were talking about technologies and ideologies. After four interviews I was pretty confident. I really liked the VP and the Sr Architect I met with - they were both smart and very personable. However, after three weeks of waiting after my last interview (they noted they had some other candidates to talk with), I reached out to the recruiter only to find out that they had placed the position “On Hold” and had never reached out to me to let me know. This was a huge waste of time for everyone involved. Extremely unprofessional to leave a candidate hanging until they reach out, especially after 4 separate interviews. If the job came off hold at this point (4 months later) I’d never take it.
