I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Roche (Basilea) in Apr 2019
Interview
There were three rounds of interviews. The first one was a short, informal phone call. The second one was a more formal, but short telephonic call. Then I was invited to a whole day interview, where I presented some of my work as scientist. This was followed by interviews with most members of the team. Basically every body was were nice and friendly, except maybe by HR which was a bit blunt.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Roche (Sant Cugat del Vallès) in Jun 2015
Interview
First, they called me for a phone interview which took 1 hour, they invited me over for a face to face interview at the end of the call.
This second interview was face to face but with the same person who asked me pretty much the same questions than the phone interview. The following day, they called me to confirm a third interview that was going to be with the manager of the role, my boss basically. I found him quite rude with judgmental comments and asking once again the same questions than in the other 2 interviews.
The last part of the process process was supposed to be an assessment centre which I was never invited to and that I would have declined anyway. They never even bothered to inform me that I wasn't successful or give me some feedback.

Question 1
Why would we hire you? And don't tell me because of your experience which we already know.
