Interview
Un entretien téléphonique avec le chef d'équipe puis entretien sur site (Bâle) d'un jour. Une présentation de 30min avec support devant les personnes de l'équipe puis plusieurs entretiens avec des personnes de parcours variés (bioinfo, chemoinfo, ...). Mais suite à l'entretien de cinq candidats ils n'ont choisi personne et ont remis l'annonce en demandant une expérience notable de plus de 5ans. Toute la journée s'est déroulée en anglais et j'ai mangé à la cantine de l'entreprise avec eux le midi.

Qu'est ce qu'un fingerprint? Comment interprétez vous ces graphiques (hErg, solubilité...)?
The interview was smooth and professional by both HR and interviewers. 3 rounds of interviews which are HR call, technical with senior data scientist live coding, and hiring manager interview.
The interview went pretty well. The interviewers were friendly and posed insightful questions about the tech expertise they were looking for. The inly thing is that I don't think they incorporated Claude or other AI tools in their code production.

Llamada con HR de 20 minutos, por teléfono, más videollamada con hiring manager en una segunda fase, de 60 minutos, por zoom. Las preguntas de HR fueron las típicas y en la segunda fase me hicieron preguntas tipo STAR
