Roche Business Analyst interview questions

First I had a phone interview with HR, where they asked me about my motivations, how would I describe my values at work and what are my expectation. On a second interview I met the same person from HR and potential future manager. Questions were mostly around agile methodology, when it should be used and when shouldn't or how would I support a project in certain situations. I was invited to a second round but I already accepted other offer.

I had 7 interviews, it was a long process with hr, business people (medical, sales and strategy) + finance for a finance job. You need to know the business and have to demonstrate it throughout the process.
