Robert Walters Operations Manager interview questions

Interview managed by Robert Walters Japan for a client. Multi-stage process. Candidates were badly treated. Job type, location, level, and status was changed during the process without telling the candidates (i.e. the job available was downgraded). Very disrespectful and a waste of time for many candidates. RW was a slave to the client, it seems. Insufficient information provided prior to face to face interview event and very short notice arrangement.
