2 stages, not a bad experience. They felt a bit rushed and disinterested. Nothing else to note, nothing special. Centre of manchester office, which is a nice area. Seemed a decent place to work.
three stage interview process

Question 1
Was around experience really. How comfortable with working hours as would need to mirror the UK etc
The interview process was smooth, with four rounds involving different team members and senior leaders. Most interactions were positive and friendly. The final interview with the CEO felt slightly awkward, as the discussion around career tenure did not fully account for the impact of COVID lockdowns and global layoffs, which have affected many professionals.
