Quick process, internal hiring, questions mostly about sales background. Good interview - straightforward forward and have your information prepared. Be prepared for terminology within it and be ready to answer questions about your experiences quickly.

How many sales were you making a week in your past experience?
The interview was quick, it was an onsite interview. It had 3 stages of meetings, casual with the head, manager and senior consultant were technical. Focused on motivation and setting expectations regarding the role. It is a sales role more than a recruiter role.
