I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Walters in Sep 2021
Interview
The process was not the smoothest, and they left out a lot of information on purpose. I sensed they were reaally looking forward to hiring people for this specific position, and that says something about the turnout rate.
That being said, everyone was very kind and polite.
In the end, I rejected because it did not resonate with me.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
General behavioral questions, nothing outstanding.
I met with 6 people in total, the interviews were fine but it lasted for more than 1.5 months. They asked all the questions that other people were mentioning here.
1) phone interview/screening: general questions based on resume
2) manager interview: get to meet each team's manager and get to know about the teams
3) country manager interview: mock-trial for headhunting

Question 1
self-introduction, what interested you to become a headhunter, etc..
Had met several consultants from several teams. Also at the end we went quick drink with few consultants and it was the final interview. Until then it is the process of the interview so be careful.
