An interview asking about my personality, making sure my values fit theirs. Questions included competency-based questions but they mainly cared about motivation and drive. As sales advisor you don't really need experience but you need to be talkative and open to learning. Most important thing is approaching customers and holding a conversation.

Sollicitatieprocedure was zoals het hoort. Enkele vragen over de producten en gerichte vragen omtrent de aanpak van het werken. Aangename sfeer bij ondervragen, twee personen deden de bevraging plus controle.
