I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rippling
Interview
Rippling is highly organized during the early stages of the interview process and stays in consistent contact with candidates, usually not going more than 48 hours without providing next steps. The first and second rounds are straightforward behavioral conversations.
However, the process becomes much less organized in the third and fourth rounds. The instructions provided for the mock call and later-stage interviews were very specific, but the order of operations was changed without clear communication. This was frustrating because the process is supposed to include a 30-minute preparation window between calls, which was not consistently honored.
Additionally, the points of contact for the process were difficult to reach and slow to respond when clarification was needed.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why Rippling? Why Sales?
Tell me about a time you did something you thought was impossible?
Tell me about a time you received feedback?
Tell me about a time you took on something new?
It was a straightforward and well-structured process. The first round was an initial screening interview, followed by a second-round discussion. Then came back-to-back final interviews, with the last stage being a mock cold call exercise.
