Interwied for SDR Role in Dublin for Benelux Market. Process at Rippling consisted of three main rounds.
The interview really convinced me in joining.
First round was a challenging interview with a hiring manager focused on a cold call scenario. I was pushed out of my comfort zone and received direct, real-time feedback on my approach, objection handling, and ability to drive the conversation forward.
Second round involved another hiring manager who not only evaluated my performance but also provided actionable advice on how to succeed in the final stage.
This coaching aspect stood out, as it showed a strong focus on development rather than pure evaluation.
In the third and final round, I met with both hiring managers and completed another cold call scenario. This time, I applied the feedback and techniques shared in the previous rounds, demonstrating clear improvement in structure, confidence, and execution.
Overall, the process was demanding but highly rewarding. It pushed me to grow quickly as an SDR. There's a strong emphasis on performance, coaching, and continuous improvement at Rippling.

The interview process was three stages: a 30-minute phone screen with a recruiter, a 30-minute conversation with a manager from the department, and a final interview broken into two 30-minute parts: an interview with a senior manager and a mock call with a manager.
