Rippling Manager, Customer Success interview questions

First interview was a phone screen with a recruiter. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and broke down the job description well. We discussed my background and what I was looking for in my next role. Second interview was a zoom call with a peer. I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation. We discussed company culture, a more in depth look at the role/team, and a few behavioral/situational questions. The third and final interview was with a manager and peer. I was tasked with a mock sales presentation. Rippling provided all of the necessary information/context I needed to present the case study. It was quite intense and the interviewers asked a lot of detailed questions. You'll want to ensure you've spent adequate time reviewing the info they send. Lastly, after a couple weeks, the recruiter scheduled a call with me and offered me the position. Overall, it was a quick but strategic hiring process.
