First interview was a phone screen with a recruiter. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and broke down the job description well. We discussed my background and what I was looking for in my next role.
Second interview was a zoom call with a peer. I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation. We discussed company culture, a more in depth look at the role/team, and a few behavioral/situational questions.
The third and final interview was with a manager and peer. I was tasked with a mock sales presentation. Rippling provided all of the necessary information/context I needed to present the case study.
It was quite intense and the interviewers asked a lot of detailed questions. You'll want to ensure you've spent adequate time reviewing the info they send.
Lastly, after a couple weeks, the recruiter scheduled a call with me and offered me the position.
Overall, it was a quick but strategic hiring process. Everyone I had the opportunity to connect with was outstanding. Thank you, Rippling, for a top notch interview process!

Question 1
What KPI's are you responsible for? How do you prioritize customers?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Rippling (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2022
Interview
First interview was a 20 minute phone screen with recruiter. Was very professional, courteous and diligent. Conversation was fun.
Second interview happened within a day and was a zoom call with a peer. Discussed background, culture and a few “tell me about you” questions.
Was invited to third interview with manager and peer and was assigned a case study and was asked to prepare a slide deck and presentation. If you know anything about being a successful account manager, this will be fun. If you are faking it until you make it, this interview will more than likely disqualify you. I cannot share what was asked but it was fun and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Whole interview took an hour and was on zoom.
Recruiter scheduled a follow up zoom about a week later and offered me role. 5/5 and would highly recommend. Obviously a ton of research and preparation will help you.

Question 1
What metrics and kpis do you currently track in your existing role and how are your numbers.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Rippling in Jan 2022
Interview
Wow. Where do I begin? The recruiting was done entirely by a bot. I applied online and the next day was set up with several interviews, for various positions. I went through each interview well prepared and with a decade of experience in the industry. The interviews seemed haphazard and disorganized, and nobody was able to answer my pointed questions about the company, goals of the business, or scope of the job. The hiring managers were disorganized and seemed inconvenienced that they were tasked with interviewing a potential candidate. Each time I asked about the role or end goals, I was met with a grumbled reply or "we will get back to you on that." In short, this company has left such a mark on me that I cannot recommend to anyone applying for a role here- the headache and constant run-around given by those with a senior position just don't seem like somewhere I'd like to grow my career.
