Rippling Customer Service Representative interview questions

Absolutely ridiculous at the role play stage. Hiring managers on mid market team were unengaged, distracted, took themselves way too seriously, created an uncomfortable environment, etc. Have about double the amount of experience they were asking for and felt the need to flex since all the power nowadays is in the employers hands and they know it. Disappointed in the quality and integrity of leadership in management there. Blessing in disguise it didn't work out.

The interview process was pretty straight forward for a remote position. It was also very relaxed. The HR rep that I initially spoke with made me feel at ease. It was over zoom. I'm unsure if it is hard for most to get an interview, but an old coworker of mine referred me.
