I applied online. I interviewed at Rippling (Bengaluru) in Aug 2023
Interview
It was a smooth process. Most of the questions were practical and situation-based. Some of the questions were- - Can you provide an example of a time when you had to adapt to changing job duties and responsibilities? - Can you share an example of a complex issue you resolved? What was your approach? - What were some of the KPIs on which your performance was evaluated in your previous role?

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Rippling (Shorewood, MN) in Mar 2023
Interview
Thought the process was straightforward. 30 mins with recruiter, 30 mins with hiring manager, and 1 hour presentation with two managers.
As others have posted, the recruiter will set up a mtg with you to tell you that you didn’t get the offer. While this does create anxiety, I’ve also gotten many automated emails with no personalization saying no, which also sucks.
I thought the presentation piece was a little confusing. The role-players had some very specific objections / questions which makes it difficult if you don’t know all their products.

Interview
You go through 3 interviews. 1. Recruiter 2. Sales Director 3. Panel Interview The process what pretty quick, they will have you do a power point presentation. Have fun with it and don't be afraid to personalize it and make it your own.
