      HR Advisor Interview

      Dec 17, 2025
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Chile
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Rijk Zwaan (Chile) in Sep 2025

      Interview

I had three conversations in total, including a assessment via SHL. The order and information of the interview process wasn't entirely correct. On the website they said the assessment would be much later in the process, but they suddenly asked me to do the assessment before I had my third interview. Interviews overall were okay, I enjoyed the interview with the local directors. They told me a third interview would take place with someone else from their office, but eventually had the interview with global directors. Just some good to knows before applying: during my third interview, the interviewer opened the conversation that they were looking for a partner for life, as in a marriage. There's also zero flexibility when it comes to remote work. At the end of the interview I said it would be nice to maybe work for Rijk Zwaan in another country as a next step in my career, but they weren't open to that. Apart from having my first conversation with a female HR advisor, the rest of the conversation would all be with men in management positions. So their rejection was a blessing in disguise, because to me it seemed they have quite a rigid and male-oriented work culture. Obviously this is only a first impression and this could work for people, but if you need flexibility and freedom than this isn't the place to be.
