I applied online. I interviewed at Ricoh in Oct 2020
Interview
Phone screen with a marginal screener with no information about the actual position. Called me 5 minutes late. Walked superficially through my resume, asked for my salary requirements, and that was it. No feedback for two weeks - I had to check the applicant website to see that the position was no longer available. This is not a professional recruiting process and needs to be fixed.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Ricoh
Interview
Initial contact to start date took over 4 months. Had one interview with dotted line manager and nailed it. Explained I knew black & white and was not interested in learning color. Interviewer said that was OK. Problem was the manager's answer was a lie.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ricoh (San Jose, CA) in Mar 2010
Interview
I was contacted by Ricoh HR via email. Had a quick phone interview and then was brought in for an in person interview. I met 3 people, all with very limited knowledge of the job. I went on a ride along with another solutions engineer to see if I liked it. That wasn't very impressive, but I needed the job at the time and I thought it was a good opportunity at the time.
