I applied through college or university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Ricoh (Boulder, CO) in Oct 2015
Interview
I was interviewing for a software testing internship, which consisted of a phone interview and then an on site interview with three different people. I applied online and was contacted for an interview. Past the usual "What was the greatest challenge that you've faced?" and "Tell me about ... project" they really wanted to make sure that I was interested and understood the testing internship. I appreciated that they didn't only look at the qualifications of the applicant but cared to see if I'd enjoy the job. I received a job offer that I accepted before I received a decision from Ricoh.

Question 1
What was the greatest challenge that you've faced?
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ricoh in Jan 2014
Interview
Initial screening was done by the consultant who was handling the recruitment. Then followed by GM and Architect together. Altogether the process was simple and extremely organized. It was quick when compared to other big organizations who takes 3-4 months to complete any recruitment. Extremely happy with the position I was offered and hence looking forward to join them.

Question 1
Nothing unexpected; all questions were based on my projects and experience
A phone screen from a recruiter than an onsite interview. Overall process is pretty quick (and that's the only positive).
One manager shockingly lacks some basic knowledge in the area he supposedly managers.
Some of the behavioral questions raises the alarm. The are looking for a yes-man who's more likely to fit in the culture of the parent company.
