      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ricoh (Houston, TX)

      Interview

LONG interview process. I went through 3 interviews in their office with a total of 5 or 6 managers. The questions were pretty typical, but the interview was difficult only because they made me come in 3 times. I still don't understand why, because each time they asked me the same questions and I gave the same answers each time. My first interview was with one manager. She told me they would either call back with an offer or to schedule a second interview. About 3 weeks after my first interview, I received a call to come back for a second. There I met 3 managers, who pretty much asked the same questions as the first interview (both interviews lasted about 45 minutes). Then I received another call from another manager of a different department, but also billing - for a different set of clients and she wanted me to come for another interview for her department. I went, had another 45 minute interview with her and another manager. About a week later she called saying they wanted to set up yet another interview, but this time a phone interview with her boss. Then she called back saying never mind the boss said to go ahead and offer me the job. I ended up turning the job down because it was paying $2/hr less than I already made at my current job and was further away and would require paying lots of tolls. They were not willing to negotiate the pay at all, even when I explained all this to them and even though I have 5 years of experience.
