Took about 3 months,filled out application,waited a month to hear then drug test and background then waited a month to hear then finally an interview.Had a face to face interview and then waited another few weeks and heard noting,I actually called them and told them i had another job offer and needed to know something and they told me they wanted to meet with me to make me an offer.

Interview went well, very laid back. My interviewer was polite and to the point. Explained job in detail. I explained the positions I have held in the past as well as my current situation.
