      Wailuku, HI
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ricoh (Wailuku, HI) in Apr 2009

      Interview

You MUST be a people person FIRST! If you are not able to get along with the recruiter you will probably not even be considered for training as 98% of the job deals with getting information from the customer. This information is used to adapt a machine use for the company that either leases or outright purchases RICOH branded machines.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

The most difficult question, or unexpected question, is about newer technology that the TAS is unaware of. IT or CLOUD based questions are the hardest to field because of the nature of the answer. That being about security and configuration for the customer's use. Each is unique to the customer's base of operation and usually requires sensitive information about the customer's interactions and "spread sheets".
