Applied online and received an email detailing times the interviewer would be available. I responded to the email and was given conformation date. I interviewed and it asked customer related questions and senarios. Got offer letter, did background check and was hired. Whole process took 3 weeks.

Easy ongoing conversation, they talk about the job mostly. Ask you about why you want to work with the company and why do you think you will be a good fit.
