I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ricoh (Denver, CO) in Sep 2017
Interview
The initial interview process was broken down into two separate days. The first interview was at the Ricoh office, the second interview was at the location I work at. After the second interview, I received a phone call asking if I would be willing to move forward with the process, to which I said yes, follow by a salary negotiation. Since the conversation was via phone, the validity of the agreement was weak. I was promised an hourly wage that was not fulfilled. After the phone conversation, I was promised a formal email offer within the next business day. It took 7 business days for me to receive the offer. Once the offer was accepted, I completed the online paper work and then had to wait for the background check to clear for me to be able to sign up for a clinic drug test. At the end, it took over 3 weeks for Ricoh to actually employ me from the day I got "hired".

Interview
Seemed like a normal interview. They asked me how much I could lift. They asked me a lot of person questions that should not be in an interview like my age for example.
