Interview
The outside agency they used added little value in the process. Once engaged directly with RICOH HR and the hiring manager the process and experience moved much quicker. A great group of people and very helpful.

Question 1
Were built around an online profiling tool report. Seemed a little staged but generally highlighted key areas for the interviewer to focus on. Suggest you use the report yourself if you can get a copy.
